  • 1¼ lbs cod filet.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  • 3 tablespoons butter or oil.
  • ¼ cup dry white wine.
  • 1 minced shallot.
  • 1 minced garlic clove.
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste.
  • 2 portions cooked rice, to serve.
  • Lemon slices and parsley sprigs, for garnish.
