  • 1 large Portobello Mushroom, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce


  • 1 1/2 Limes
  • 2 tsp Sriracha Sauce (or favourite hot sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil in deep pan. Add dry Machaca to the water. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
